Fitness Classes in Thame

BSTRONG

This 45-minute Small Group PT session focuses on form, skill, and strength, using a variety of equipment to keep each workout effective and engaging.
 

With a maximum of four people per class, you’ll benefit from personalised coaching and detailed guidance, ensuring every movement and lift is performed with confidence and purpose.
 

Each week, the same session runs across all BStrong Classes, with the programme changing weekly. This structure allows you to build consistency, track your progress, and see real results — think of it as your personal training session in a small-group setting.
 

Not only will you become stronger and fitter, but you’ll also have the chance to try new exercises and equipment every week, keeping things fresh and challenging.

BHEALTHY

The BHealthy Class is a 45-minute session designed to improve your strength, stamina, mobility, and form in a supportive small-group setting (up to six people).
 

This class uses minimal equipment, including:
 

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • TRX

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Ski/Bike-erg
     

It’s a slightly higher intensity session than our BStrong Class, but still low impact and suitable for all ages and abilities.
 

And don’t worry — we’re a no-burpee zone at The Studio!
