I’m Molly, a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer, and class instructor since 2019. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them improve both their physical and mental health.
I have always dreamed of creating a space where people can exercise freely without fear of judgement plus with the added bonus of not have to fight for equipment or space.

That’s exactly what The Studio offers. We provide a personal, supportive experience through 1:1, 2:1, and small group sessions, all designed to help you feel fitter, stronger, and healthier.
More than anything, I hope you make friends, have fun, and fall back in love with exercise along the way.

About The Studio
The Studio by MollyBHealthy offers various services to suit each individual and their needs.

If you find training in a commercial or large gym daunting, The Studio offers a non-intimidating private space for you and your trainer. You get the whole place to yourself.
The Studio also offers 221 personal training sessions, which means you and your friend can support, motivate and work out together.
​
Our small group sessions will be the perfect option if you want somewhere to exercise while meeting other people. We are very proud of putting the 'small' in these sessions, with a maximum of 4 people per session.
The wonderful thing about The Studio is that Molly can help sculpt your sessions to whatever suits you. Your goals, times, injuries, even your own music!
